Our Leadership Ministry – a way to manage multi-discipline problems.
The leadership ministry comprises those appointed as leaders who are responsible for administering education programs, women’s ministry, and men’s ministry. Here we see the different features of a leadership minister with the proper motivation. First, welcome vulnerability as big leaders might seem to isolate themselves during hardships. It is commonly believed that recoiling from the crowd is useful to endure hardships as people don’t possess the ability to comprehend what you are going through.

That is why our ministry leadership emphasizes the need for caring people. Feel comfortable relying on people, knowing that they are just as willing and ready to assist you as you are to them.
In addition, there is a need to be resilient; we believe that while the world is changing rapidly, it is our sole responsibility to keep track of our own souls. Our ministry leaders have a solid ideology that solving the problems of others requires a character to solve your own problems with our empowering ministries. This implies that, while your job will not cease, you may have to sacrifice something else to guarantee that your battery is charged. All these features are very critical for ministry leadership, and we gave all due attention to these features as our ministers are busy helping individuals.
What can leadership ministries do?
The leadership ministries resonate around four qualities; builders, breakers, fixers, and maintainers. The leadership ministries have leaders having to build a key trait, i.e., to start a thing from zero. These leaders act as visionary to see what has been prescribed by God with the body of Christ. These things then must be practiced. This quality requires a lot of work, and as a result of this hard work, some of the builders end up becoming breakers, fixers, and maintainers. Now, what are the breakers, fixers, and maintainers?
Breakers have the capacity to see what isn’t functioning and where things are not working. Sometimes you need to break the current process and find another way to deal with the situation. Breakers define what the holes are and how to fill them. The proposed recommendations are above criticism just like the body of Christ.
Fixers are mainly designated to resolve problems and make arrangements to improve. Their work starts where breakers’ work ends. They set out objectives to reach the destination during the occurrence of the congregation. They might begin a few new ministries as part of their arrangements.

Maintainers are reliable workers who endeavor to keep up with their congregation, realizing that the drawn-out future for their congregation may lead to a catastrophic result. At times, maintainers feel remorseful about not having a developing church, or on the other hand, they seem to be skeptical about the changes.
